Prioritize A, B, C: a one-minute CBT skill for ADHD
When there's too much today. Sorting into A (must happen today), B (could), and C (can wait) means today holds only what matters.
How to do it
- Mark each block A (must happen today), B (could), or C (can wait).
- Keep the As. Add a B only if there's real room.
- Bs and Cs go to Later. They're saved, not lost.
That’s the whole skill. It takes about a minute, and you can do it with or without an app.
Where it comes from
Prioritize A, B, C is drawn from the Prioritizing part of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) programs for adults with ADHD. Those programs teach practical skills in short, repeatable steps; this is the practical core of one of them.
How Nuri offers it
When there's too much today, Nuri can offer Prioritize A, B, C right in the moment, with the steps on screen and the plan adjusted for you. It’s one of the three skills included free.
